Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc, PhD) or specialized certifications are a plus.

Industry Experience:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy business management, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, customer relations, financial planning, or a relevant domain.
- Prior experience in mentoring, training, or corporate education is highly preferred.

Teaching & Training Skills:
- Strong ability to simplify complex topics and present them effectively.
- Experience in conducting workshops, webinars, or classroom training.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital course creation is an advantage.

Communication & Engagement:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners through interactive teaching methods.

Technology Proficiency:
- Comfortable using learning management systems (LMS) and digital presentation tools.
- Basic knowledge of video recording/editing for online courses is a plus.
