Criteria and Experience for Becoming an Instructor at CAPHI

Required Qualifications & Experience

  1. Educational Background:
    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc, PhD) or specialized certifications are a plus.
  2. Industry Experience:
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy business management, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, customer relations, financial planning, or a relevant domain.
    • Prior experience in mentoring, training, or corporate education is highly preferred.
  3. Teaching & Training Skills:
    • Strong ability to simplify complex topics and present them effectively.
    • Experience in conducting workshops, webinars, or classroom training.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital course creation is an advantage.
  4. Communication & Engagement:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to engage and inspire learners through interactive teaching methods.
  5. Technology Proficiency:
    • Comfortable using learning management systems (LMS) and digital presentation tools.
    • Basic knowledge of video recording/editing for online courses is a plus.
